Louise married George McGregor Murray June 8, 1898.⁽⁹⁷⁹²⁾ However in the 1910 U.S. Population Census it was reported that they had been married 10 years,

George was born December 11, 1871 in Mailingsland, Peebles, County Peeblesshire, Scotland, United Kingdom.⁽⁹⁷⁹³⁾ His father was present at the birth which occurred at home. George⁽⁹⁷⁹⁴⁾ was the son of Robert Murray and Mary Scott.

George immigrated to America circa 1890.⁽⁹⁷⁹⁵⁾ He indicated that he was an alien on the 1910 U.S. Population Census.

When George was age unknown and Louise Jackson Fillebrown was age unknown they became the parents of unnamed_______ Murray before 1899 in Massachusetts.⁽⁹⁷⁹⁶⁾ On the 1900 U.S. Population Censes Louise was indicated to have had 2 children but only one, Mary Louise, was living at that time. However in 1910 she reported 3 births with 3 living.

When George was age 27 and Louise Jackson Fillebrown was age 21 they became the parents of Mary Louise Murray August 13, 1899 in Illinois.⁽⁹⁷⁹⁷⁾ George may have resided in Nome, Alaska Territory May 1, 1900. This is unproven but the author did locate a 22 year old "George Murray" living in Nome at this time. His place of birth was Scotland. Since George did not live with Louise and their daughter Mary in 1910 perhaps he was on an adventure in Alaska at that time.

When George was age 29 and Louise Jackson Fillebrown was age 23 they became the parents of Evelyn Fillebrown Murray April 9, 1901 in Illinois.⁽⁹⁷⁹⁸⁾ When George was age 31 and Louise Jackson Fillebrown was age 26 they became the parents of Charles Fillebrown Murray October 22, 1903 in Illinois.⁽⁹⁷⁹⁹⁾ George was listed as the head of a family on the 1910 Census in Chicago, Cook County, Illinois.⁽⁹⁸⁰⁰⁾ George was reported as being 36, married 10 years, and an alien. There was also a servant, Margaret Leonard, age 32 living in the home.

George was employed at Lowe, Donald & Co. as a traveling salesman in Chicago, Cook County, Illinois circa 1910.⁽⁹⁸⁰¹⁾ "Mr. Murray is the Chicago representative of the woolen house of Lowe, Donald & Co. of Peebles, Scotland, of which his brother-in-law, William Thorburn, is the head."
