Lois married Carl John Brandt Jr. April 6, 1952 in Portland, Multnomah County, Oregon.^(16503) Carl was born December 29, 1925.^(16504) (Additional notes for Carl John Brandt Jr.^(16505)) Carl died July 12, 2012 in Portland, Washington County, Oregon, at 86 years of age.^(16506) His body was interred July 26, 2012.^(16507) A private military internment for the family was held at Williamette National Cemetery.

When Carl was age 36 and Lois Bliss Hesseltine was age 35 they became the parents of Linda Lee Brandt October 19, 1962 in Portland, Multnomah County, Oregon.^(16508) Carl resided in Portland, Cumberland County, Maine circa 2010.^(16509) Carl and Lois lived there all their lives.

Lois enjoyed the hobby of singing circa 1939.^(16511) Lois "blessed the world with her beautiful soprano voice, singing in church choirs and at countless weddings, funerals and other events since the age of 12".

When Lois was age 35 and Carl John Brandt Jr. was age 36 they became the parents of Linda Lee Brandt October 19, 1962 in Portland, Multnomah County, Oregon.^(16512) This is a happy grandmother. Lois was a member of the Masonic family in Portland, Multnomah County, Oregon circa 2010.^(16513) "For over 60 years, Lois was actively involved in the Masonic family of organizations and was a member of Southgate Kellogg Chapter #149 OES and Mt. Hood Chapter #3 Order of the Amaranth. She had also been a member of Mt. Hood Chapter #144 OES, Daughters of the Nile, Ladies Oriental Shrine and Job's Daughters."

Lois, as Carl's wife, resided with him in Portland, Cumberland County, Maine circa 2010.^(16514) Carl and Lois lived there all their lives.

Lois's funeral was held June 17, 2011 at Westminster Presbyterian Church in Portland, Multnomah County, Oregon.^(16515) The memorial service was held at 1 p.m. .... followed by a reception at Cornerstone Masonic Lodge #157, 202 S.E. 84th Ave. Contributions to Westminster Presbyterian Church, Shriners Hospital for Children and/or Diabetes research."
