When Charles was age 26 and Gloria Jean Flanigan was age 26 they became the parents of Douglas Alan Fillebrown November 12, 1970 in Rockland, Knox County, Maine. When Charles was age 28 and Gloria Jean Flanigan was age 28 they became the parents of Adam Scott Fillebrown April 10, 1973 in Rockland, Knox County, Maine. Charles resided in Waterford, Oxford County, Maine circa 1982. Charles was employed at the Fillebrown Orchards as orchardist in Waterford, Oxford County, Maine circa 1990. Charlie took over operation of the orchards when his brother Thomas retired. In 1993 the orchards, except for one, were sold to Ricker Hill Orchards.

Charles retired from Maine State Police circa 1995. Charles resided in Waterford, Oxford County, Maine circa 2000. The address was P.O. Box 32.
