1607. Sylvestus Lincoln11 Fillebrown (Henry Skinner10, Samuel9, Samuel Sprague8, James7, Richard6, Isaac5, Thomas4, Thomas3, Humpfrey2 Phillibrowne, Robert1 ffilebrowne)(13963) was born in Somerville, Middlesex County, Massachusetts May 4, 1865.(13964) His Death Certificate states the place of birth to have been East Cambridge. It is noted that he was born 19 days after Abraham Lincoln died and this leads to the speculation that his middle name was chosen to honor the President. Sylvestus died September 4, 1959 in Framingham, Middlesex County, Massachusetts, at 94 years of age.(13965) He died of pneumonia. Rick Calhoun reported the place of death as being Bedford, Middlesex County, Massachusetts. His body was interred September 1959 in Cambridge, Middlesex County, Massachusetts.(13966) He was buried at the Cambridge Cemetery located at 76 Coolidge Avenue.

Sylvestus married Helena Eleanor Emma Foley August 17, 1896 in Malden, Middlesex County, Massachusetts.(13967) Lena was born December 10, 1867 in Dudley, County Worcester, England, United Kingdom.(13968) Her Death Certificate implied that the year of birth was 1865 and that the place of birth was Framingham, Massachusetts. Rick Calhoun reported the date as December 4, 1867 in Dudley Wood, Dudley, Worcestershire, England. Lena(13969) was the daughter of Septimus Foley and Charlotte Emily Langstone.

Her body was interred October 1959 in Cambridge, Middlesex County, Massachusetts.(13971) She was buried at the Cambridge Cemetery located at 76 Coolidge Avenue.

Lena was a relative of immigrant Charlotte Emily Langstone October 25, 1881 in England and immigrated with Charlotte to America.(13972) Charlotte and her children arrived at Boston Harbor on the SS Marathon having sailed from Liverpool. The date was based on the 1910 U.S. Population Census. Helena reported in the 1900 U.S. Population Census that she immigrated to the United States in 1876. In the 1910 U.S. Population Census she reported the year of immigration to have been 1881 and Septimus Foley reported that he immigrated in 1880. Helena and their children living in 1881 followed Septimus who had immigrated in 1880.

She and Richard Albert Badger honeymooned in place unknown___________ October 1888. When Lena was age 21 and Richard Albert Badger was age 29 they became the parents of Herbert Langston Badger August 8, 1889 in Charlestown (Boston), Suffolk County, Massachusetts.(13973) Tim Badger, great grandson of Septimus reported "my grandfather Herbert was given the middle name 'Langston' which I'm sure is how they spoke Charlotte's maiden name". The birth took place at 3 Badger Place.

Lena was divorced from Richard Albert Badger January 8, 1894 in Suffolk County, Massachusetts.(13974) Helena filed for divorce at Suffolk Superior Aug 17, 1893 on grounds of gross and confirmed habits of intoxification (sic). She asked and was granted custody of minor child, Herbert L. A copy of the libel was delivered to Richard (at Boston) to appear in court to answer but he did not appear and divorce was granted January 8, 1894 (and was final six months later).
