Norman died September 30, 1916 in Phoenix, Maricopa County, Arizona, at 38 years of age.^(12990) He died of tuberculosis.

According to conflicting evidence, he married Anna Louise Tufts Fillebrown October 28, 1902 in Marion, Grant County, Indiana.^(12991) When Norman was age 26 and Anna Louise Tufts Fillebrown was age 24 they became the parents of Leathe Margelia Stevens November 13, 1904 in Marion, Grant County, Indiana.^(12992) Leathe was born at home at 1120 West 3rd Street.

Norman resided in Fort Wayne, Allen County, Indiana circa 1910/14.^(12993) His grandson, Bob Young, has a family history on this line back to 1497.

Charles was born in New Hampshire and Mehitable was born in Nova Scotia. Anna was born on Rear Broad Street. Her birth date was reported to be September 6, 1880 in the adoption records, September 8, 1880 in the "Genealogy of the Fillebrown Family" by Charles Bowdoin Fillebrown, 1910, and September 30, 1880 on a "Copy of Record of Birth" dated November 20, 1990.
