637. James Hull⁹ Fillebrown (Thomas⁸, James⁷, James⁶, Thomas⁵, Thomas⁴, Thomas³, Humpfrey² Phillibrowne, Robert¹ ffilebrowne)⁽⁷¹⁵⁶⁾ was born in Highland, Somerset County, Massachusetts (now Maine) May 3, 1818.⁽⁷¹⁵⁷⁾ James died April 22, 1892 at 73 years of age.

James married Lucy Ann Simmons circa 1845.⁽⁷¹⁵⁸⁾ (Additional notes for Lucy Ann Simmons⁽⁷¹⁵⁹⁾) Lucy died about February 1862 at approximately 42 years of age.⁽⁷¹⁶⁰⁾ She died, probably in February near the time of the deaths of her daughters Lucy and Selucia, when all three died of diphtheria.

When Lucy was age 27 and James Hull Fillebrown was age 29 they became the parents of Lucy Ann Fillebrown October 11, 1847.⁽⁷¹⁶¹⁾ When Lucy was age 27 and James Hull Fillebrown was age 29 they became the parents of Selucia Jane Fillebrown October 11, 1847.⁽⁷¹⁶²⁾ When Lucy was age 32 and James Hull Fillebrown was age 34 they became the parents of James Howard Fillebrown October 23, 1852 in Madison, Somerset County, Maine.⁽⁷¹⁶³⁾ When Lucy was age unknown and James Hull Fillebrown was age unknown they became the parents of Elwin Jewett Fillebrown circa 1855 in Madison, Somerset County, Maine.⁽⁷¹⁶⁴⁾

When James was age 29 and Lucy Ann Simmons was age 27 they became the parents of Lucy Ann Fillebrown October 11, 1847.⁽⁷¹⁶⁵⁾ When James was age 29 and Lucy Ann Simmons was age 27 they became the parents of Selucia Jane Fillebrown October 11, 1847.⁽⁷¹⁶⁶⁾ James was employed at his own business as a blacksmith in Maine date unknown.⁽⁷¹⁶⁷⁾ When James was age 34 and Lucy Ann Simmons was age 32 they became the parents of James Howard Fillebrown October 23, 1852 in Madison, Somerset County, Maine.⁽⁷¹⁶⁸⁾ When James was age unknown and Lucy Ann Simmons was age unknown they became the parents of Elwin Jewett Fillebrown circa 1855 in Madison, Somerset County, Maine.⁽⁷¹⁶⁹⁾ James resided circa 1869.⁽⁷¹⁷⁰⁾ It was reported that he moved to Lexington, Maine but it may have been Lexington, Massachusetts.

James Hull Fillebrown and Lucy Ann Simmons had the following children:

1049 i. Lucy Ann¹⁰ Fillebrown⁽⁷¹⁷¹⁾ was born October 11, 1847.⁽⁷¹⁷²⁾ Lucy died February 4, 1862 at 14 years of age.⁽⁷¹⁷³⁾ She died within four days of her sister, Selucia, and probably near the time of the death of her mother. All three died of diphtheria.

1050 ii. Selucia Jane Fillebrown⁽⁷¹⁷⁴⁾ was born October 11, 1847.⁽⁷¹⁷⁵⁾ Selucia died February 8, 1862 at 14 years of age.⁽⁷¹⁷⁶⁾ She died within four days of her sister, Lucy, and probably near the time of the death of her mother. All three died of diphtheria.

+ 1051 iii. James Howard Fillebrown was born October 23, 1852.

1052 iv. Elwin Jewett Fillebrown⁽⁷¹⁷⁷⁾ was born in Madison, Somerset County, Maine circa 1855.⁽⁷¹⁷⁸⁾ Elwin died October 9, 1895 at 40 years of age.⁽⁷¹⁷⁹⁾
