Mary married James Ireland Jr. April 10, 1825 in Charlestown, Middlesex County, Massachusetts.⁽²⁰⁷⁴⁾ The Marriage was reported in the newspaper the Columbian Centinel April 13, 1825. The ceremony was done by the Rev. Henry Jackson,

James died March 9, 1850 in Manchester, Essex County, Massachusetts, at 47 years of age.⁽²⁰⁷⁷⁾ James, James Ireland's child, resided with James in Boston, Suffolk County, Massachusetts circa 1820.⁽²⁰⁷⁸⁾ James resided in Charlestown, Middlesex County, Massachusetts before 1825.⁽²⁰⁷⁹⁾ James had marriage banns to Mary Ann Rand Fillebrown published March 13, 1825 in Charlestown, Middlesex County, Massachusetts.⁽²⁰⁸⁰⁾ When James was age 22 and Mary Ann Rand Fillebrown was age 24 they became the parents of Ellen Ireland January 1826 in Manchester, Essex County, Massachusetts.⁽²⁰⁸¹⁾ When James was age 25 and Mary Ann Rand Fillebrown was age 26 they became the parents of James Howard Ireland June 14, 1828 in Haverhill, Essex County, Massachusetts.⁽²⁰⁸²⁾ James resided in Charlestown, Middlesex County, Massachusetts circa 1830.⁽²⁰⁸³⁾ When James was age unknown and Mary Ann Rand Fillebrown was age unknown they became the parents of John Fillebrown Ireland circa 1834 in Massachusetts.⁽²⁰⁸⁴⁾ The date was an estimate to place him in the correct date range for the 1840 U.S. Population Census.

Either the marriage did not occur or if it did occur Thomas was probably deceased before Mary's marriage to James Ireland, Jr. in 1825. Further research in this matter is encouraged by the author.

The information was recorded on August 12th but should have been correct for June 1st.
